 Misty Laenger has been
attending EPC for several months with her husband, Aaron, EPC’s youth
minister.
“I grew up in a Christian home and accepted Jesus as a small child. When I
was ten years old, I felt like God was calling me toward the mission field,
and when I was thirteen, I started going to the Child Evangelism Fellowship
training, and was involved in that, teaching Bible clubs every Summer until
I was seventeen. When I was eighteen, I went overseas with CEF to Portugal
after training in St. Louis for two weeks.
“Later, I came to ETBU and felt the Lord calling me into Christian
counseling, and now I am also involved in the youth ministries at the
church. God has been teaching and blessing me throughout my walk with him. I
feel like his greatest calling for me is to be a godly mother and a wife,
and that is my life ministry.
“EPC has given me so many opportunities to minister and has really accepted
Aaron and me. Because of the atmosphere of kindness, I feel even more
willing to help.” |
